The ASSEHS preliminary evaluation is coming to an end.

March 23, 2015

The ASSEHS Preliminary evaluation is coming to an end. This preliminary evaluation follows a formative perspective which purpose is to validate that the project objectives are being achieved and to improve the action, if necessary, by means of identification and subsequent remediation of problematic aspects, being its final goal to improve the project performance.

According to the Assehsment Framework, the indicators through which the project performance is being assessed are: Effectiveness, which is meant to measure the results, and Quality which is intended to ensure the quality of each specific deliverable, therefore the project quality. Based on a proactive Internal Evaluation Approach (IEA) two different tools have been designed, an Evaluation Checklist which will take care of the effectiveness (measurement of results) and a Quality Questionnaire, that will be responsible for assessing the quality (quality assurance).

The evaluation process is being carried out by UVEG-Polibienestar leading the WP3-Evaluation and involves the Work Package Leaders and the Steering Committee. The preliminary evaluation report is expected to be completed and delivered during the month of March 2015.
